Today is 30/9/2009!!!
Today is 30/9/2009!!! Went to school for MT paper. Quite easy have confident in getting full marks. Paper ended at 9.45am. Went for Mr So extra CPA revision at com lab 2 till 11am. Went to visit Mr Yip at NUh he seems better today. He is still vomitting out watever is in his stomach:( Leave hospital at 1.45 cause i have to report to MCYS for my last reporting. Reached home at 3.15 waited for father to come back cause my parents need to follow me for my final reporting at MCYS. Left house at 4.40 to MCYS.

Arrive at MCYS at 5.20pm went in to talk to Mr Alvin. I have finally came to the end of my 25 months of miserable life. I have finally gain back my freedom. Within this 25months have suffered enough. Signed my discharge form at MCYS. Was so happy when i signed it. Need to thank few ppl.

Mr. Yip:
Although you are going through the 2nd stage of Nasopharyngeal cancer but you are always still in 3T1 heart. We are missing you. You have been suffering we know how you feel. We are sad for you to see you in this state. You have really slimmed down. You haved started to drop hair. Chemothreapy is tough. You will lose your appeite and lost weight too. Most importantly you will lose your hair. 3T1 have been praying for you. There is always ups and downs in our life. If it is time for you to stay you will have to stay when it is time for you to leave you will have to leave it is beyond your control. None of us wish to see you in this state. Don give up Mr Yip. I have check on your illness. You only have 5 percent chances of dying. Don give up hjave the spirit. You are just like going through a battle. Fight and win the battle. We will always be waiting for your return. Although u did not manage to complete this year with 3T1 but we hope that you will still be the form teacher of 4T1 next year. 3T1(2009) will be waiting for YIP KWAN GUAN to return. On behalf of 3T1 hope you could have a speedy recovery.
I would also like to thank you for guiding me through my 25 months of miserable life. From a useless person in 2007 you have trained me all the way up in being the Jurong West secondary school outdoor education leader. I will do my best in all exams and all programme. I will not let you down. Thks for all the advise and guidance given to me all the while. Thks for all the fun and laughter you have given to me and 3T1. We are all missing you. Recover soon YIP KWAN GUAN!!!


Uncle Bee(Gracehaven):
Hi Uncle Bee. I would really want to thank you for taking care of me during my stay in Gracehaven. You are vthe best staff in Gracehaven. We always ask you for homeleave you would never fail to help us get our homeleave. You are just like our parents. When we are sick you send us to the doctor. Thks for giving me a chance to contribute back to Gracehaven during last year Thanks Giving Musical. i really enjoyed and also had fun during that night. Please do not tired yourselves when you work in gracehaven. Don fall sick or else the residents will not have homeleave. You have been working hard for the past 2 years. During the weekends if you have sometime please spend it with your parents. Thks for your carrot cake and bubble tea which you treated me when i was staying in Gracehaven. I really enjoed my memorable stay in Gracehaven. If i have time i will be back to visit you.

Aunty Indra(Gracehaven):
Hi! I have not seen you sice last year thank hiving musical. I really miss all your shouting in gracehaven. No more people to ask me do duty. Thank for taking care of me during my stay in Gracehaven. You always treated us with carrot cake and bubble tea whenever we go to church on sunday. I have not let you down. I have succesfully completed my probation. Succesfully completed my 25 months of miserable life. Thks for your care and concern given to me when i am in Gracehaven. Whenever i am in trouble you will always be there to help me. I will visit you and all the staffs in Gracehaven when i have time.

I am Triston here hopefully you all still remember me. I have succesfully ended my 25 months of miserable life. It have been tough througout this 25 mnths of journey. During my 12 months in Gracehaven all the staff have lead me in the right path of life. Whenever i need help all the staff never failed to be there for me. All the care and concern that have been shown to me is greatly appreciated. Whenever i have time i will definately visit all the staff that have lead me to the right path. Once again thks for the care and concern. I will miss you guys!!!

Geni; Mei:
Hey sister i would also like to thank you for all the care and concern show to me. Although i have know you for not a really long time. I have know you since the start of the kayaking course. I find you really caring. Whenever i feel sad or stress you would always be there for me. I would appreciate for all the care and concern that have been show to me by you. When Mr Yip admitted into hospital you have been there with me to visit him. You have been with me throughout my visit with Mr Yip. When i am sad and stress recently you would console me. I am really thankful to you for doind all this for me. Hope you would have an memorable Mid Authum festival with S_ _ _ y.

Not forgetting you. I would also like to thank you for all the care and concern shown to me i greatly appreciate it. Whenever i am undergoing stress you would always be there for me. I am really touched for wat u have done for me. Thks for being 24/7 there for me. Whenever i am sad you will be sad together with me. You don need to torture yourselves like that de. When i am sad let me be. you don have to be sad with me too. thks for all that you have given to me. Always appreciate that what you have done for me. Thank You!!!
